Return Policy
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us.
Conditions
- The item must be new, unworn, unused, in its original packaging and with all its tags.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item received is defective or does not match your order.
- We recommend a tracked shipment: we cannot refund a return parcel that is lost.
Items that cannot be returned
- Personalized or made-to-order items (made-to-order tallitot, paintings, personalized siddurim and books, engravings).
- Tallit katan and tzitzit t-shirts that have been worn or whose packaging has been opened.
How to make a return
- Contact us at contact@eliorness.com or at 054-563-2612 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will give you the return address.
- Send the item within 14 days.
Refund
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 7 business days, to the payment method used for the order. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except for a defective item or an error on our part.
Defective or damaged item
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos. We will replace or refund it, including return shipping costs.
