Who we are

Data we collect
- When you place an order: name, shipping and billing addresses, email, phone, order details. Payment data is processed directly by our payment providers: we never have access to your card number.
- When you create an account or sign up for the newsletter: email, name, preferences.
- When you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, data collected by cookies.
- When you contact us: the content of your messages.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, and to handle returns and customer service.
- To send you emails related to your order (confirmation, tracking).
- To send you our newsletter, only if you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To improve the site, prevent fraud and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers necessary for our business: Shopify (store hosting), payment providers, carriers (Israel Post, DHL and others), emailing and audience measurement tools. We never sell your data. Some providers are located outside Israel and the European Union; they are required to protect your data.
Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for its operation (cart, login) as well as audience measurement and advertising cookies, with your consent where required by law. You can manage your choices from the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Retention period
Order data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax obligations (7 years in Israel). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its use for commercial purposes. If you reside in the European Union, you also have the right to data portability and to restriction of processing, and you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (the CNIL in France). To exercise these rights, write to contact@eliorness.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Your data is hosted by Shopify, which applies high security standards (encrypted connection, PCI-DSS certification for payments).
Changes
This policy may be updated. The version online is the one that applies.
