Orders and payment

How do I place an order?

Add your items to the cart, then click "Checkout". Enter your address, choose your shipping method and pay online. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. All payments are secure: we never have access to your card details.

What currency are prices shown in?

Prices are shown in shekels (₪). If your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@eliorness.com or 054-563-2612. As long as the order has not shipped, we will do our best. Made-to-order or personalized items can no longer be cancelled once production has started.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

In-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays). Made-to-order items (custom tallitot, artworks, personalized items) ship within 2 to 3 weeks.

How long does delivery take?

From the moment your parcel ships: about 72 hours in Israel (express), 7 to 9 days to France and Europe, 10 to 20 days to the United States and the rest of the world. These times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or customs clearance.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your cart and your country. You see the exact amount before paying.

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship within Israel and worldwide.

Customs

Will I have to pay customs fees?

It is possible for any delivery outside Israel. Customs duties, local VAT and clearance fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs: they are paid by the recipient, usually to the carrier upon delivery.

Can you tell me how much I will pay?

No, these amounts depend on your country's rules and we do not know them in advance. If in doubt, check with your country's customs authority.

What happens if I refuse the parcel because of customs?

The parcel is returned to us. We refund the items, minus the outbound and return shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if it is new, unworn, in its original packaging with its tags. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective or the error is ours.

Which items cannot be returned?

Personalized or made-to-order items, as well as tallit katan and tzitzit t-shirts that have been worn or whose packaging has been opened.

When will I be refunded?

Within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to the payment method used for the order.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Write to us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos. We will replace or refund it, return shipping included.

Products

Do you make personalized items?

Yes, some items can be personalized or made to order. Contact us with your request.

How do I care for my leather goods and jewelry?

Avoid water, perfume and chemicals. Store them away from humidity, ideally in their original pouch.
