Preparing your order
- Items in stock: shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Jewish holidays and Israeli public holidays).
- Made-to-order items (made-to-order tallitot, paintings, personalized items): shipped within 2 to 3 weeks.
Delivery times
The times below count from the moment your parcel is shipped, not from the order date. You therefore need to add the preparation time.
- Israel (express): about 72 hours
- France and Europe: 7 to 9 days
- United States and rest of the world: 10 to 20 days
These times are indicative: they depend on the carrier and may be longer during holiday periods or when going through customs.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your cart and your destination country.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs duties and taxes (deliveries outside Israel)
For any delivery outside Israel, customs duties, local VAT and customs clearance fees may be charged by the authorities of your country. These charges are not included in the price of the items or in the shipping costs. They are payable by the recipient and are usually paid to the carrier at the time of delivery.
We cannot know these amounts in advance: they depend on each country's regulations. If in doubt, check with your country's customs services before ordering.
If a parcel is refused or not collected because of these charges, it is returned to us. We then refund the items, minus the outbound and return shipping costs.
Address and undelivered parcels
Please check your address before confirming your order. A parcel returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may be reshipped, with new shipping costs.
